Delivery Policy details how cloud infrastructure, Discord bot hosting instances, Minecraft game servers, and VPS
virtual machines are delivered to customers.
⚡ Digital Service Fulfillment Notice: ARC HOSTING provides exclusively virtual cloud hosting
services. No physical goods, tangible packages, or physical shipments will be dispatched to your
physical mailing address.
1. Mode of Service Delivery
All hosting solutions and infrastructure purchases are delivered electronically over secure Internet protocol:
- Automated Instance Provisioning: Upon successful transaction verification via the
Razorpay Payment Gateway, server containers and virtual environments are provisioned
automatically on our NVMe edge clusters.
- Credentials & Access Details: Pterodactyl Control Panel access, IP addresses, port
allocations, and temporary passwords are sent directly to your registered email address and rendered in
real-time inside your Customer Control Panel (https://control.archost.site).
2. Delivery Timelines
- Instant Automated Fulfillment (Standard Hosting & Bots): Server instances are ready for
container launch within 1 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
- Custom / Enterprise Virtual Machines: Dedicated hardware nodes, high-memory KVM slices, or
custom network setups are provisioned within 24 hours of invoice settlement.
3. Delivery Confirmation & Proof of Fulfillment
Proof of delivery is established when your container state switches to Active / Provisioned in our
customer portal (https://billing.archost.site) and an automated email invoice is dispatched
to your account email address.
