ARC HOST (accessible via https://archost.site) is a cloud computing and bot hosting platform founded, owned, and managed by ANSHUMAN RAJPUT (Founder & Lead Architect), alongside Co-Founder RAUSHAN MISHRA and Operations Director VANSH. 1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our hosting and billing services:
- Account Information: Name, Email address, and encrypted hashed password.
- Hosting & Technical Data: Server instance configurations, container file contents
(stored securely in MongoDB GridFS), and real-time process performance metrics (CPU, RAM, Disk usage).
- Payment & Transaction Data: Razorpay Order ID, Razorpay Payment ID, payment amount, and
status. We never store credit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or sensitive banking credentials on our
servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provision, maintain, and supervise your containerized Discord bot hosting instances.
- To process transactions and issue digital invoices via Razorpay.
- To send email OTP codes and critical service notifications regarding your hosting instances.
- To prevent fraud, bot abuse, and unauthorized access to customer servers.
3. Data Protection & Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to safeguard your information:
- All communications are encrypted using HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard salted
bcrypt algorithms.
- Container environment variables (
.env) and bot tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
encryption.
- User files and database records are strictly isolated using customer-level authorization barriers.
4. Third-Party Payment & Integration Services
We partner with certified third-party service providers to power platform payments and communications:
- Razorpay Payments (India) Private Limited: Online payment processing in Indian Rupees (INR
₹) is securely facilitated via our Razorpay integration. Razorpay complies with strict PCI-DSS (Payment Card
Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 requirements. ARC HOSTING does not store credit/debit card
numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on any server.
- Gmail / Google Workspace SMTP: Handles secure delivery of transactional verification OTP
emails.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your customer account and
associated bot files. Upon account deletion, all container records and GridFS files are removed from our storage
systems.
